Standard First Aid & CPR course for Domestic Helpers

This course will cover Children and Adults and is a good all round course.

First Aid This practical hands-on course with casualty simulations gives you knowledge and skills in First Aid & CPR. It teaches you scene safety, on the spot assessment. Knowing what not to do is as important as knowing how to deal with an emergency situation. It covers all the basics; breathing emergencies, sudden illness and injury, bleeding and preventing disease transmission.head injuries, fractures (broken bones) and array of other subjects.

CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary-Resuscitation) segment teaches you how do the initial assessment to rectify life threatening conditions - checking the airway, breathing, and circulation, perform one-rescuer CPR and rescue breathing, and manage a choking victim.  

Course Duration: 12 hours

Certificate:

First Aid - Valid for three years
CPR -       Valid for two years
